This special Gold Label edition, at 1:7 scale from McFarlane Toys' DC Multiverse line, captures the character's menacing essence with a two-tone black and white design that emphasizes his corrupted nature. A display piece that transforms your showcase into a portal to the darkest depths of the DC Universe.
The Scene
The figure captures the iconic image of The Grim Knight as it appears in the Dark Nights: Metal (2017) event. This particular variant, the Black & White Accent Edition, stands out with a special color scheme combining black, white, and blue accents. The scene is defined by the presence of tactical gear and firearms that equip the character, giving him a threatening, operational look faithful to his comic book portrayal.
The Character
Born out of the terror of the Dark Multiverse, specifically from Earth –11, The Grim Knight represents the most brutal distortion of Bruce Wayne. Unlike the original, this variant has abandoned the no‑killing moral code to embrace an endless war against crime. His role in the Dark Nights: Metal event is crucial: he serves as the fierce second in command to the menacing Batman Who Laughs, instilling panic not through shadows but with crushing firepower and high‑capacity tactical weapons. For collectors, this figure is not just an accessory, but the key to completing the villain lineup of the saga, embodying the essence of the multiversal threat that redefined DC Comics’ dark side.
Why Collect It
This Gold Label edition, with its black‑and‑white accents that highlight the character’s spectral aura, is much more than a simple statuette: it’s a display piece that captures the darkest core of the DC Multiverse. As a collector’s exclusive, it serves as a landmark for those looking to complete an elite showcase, blending the iconic status of one of the most feared villains ever with McFarlane Toys’ artisanal quality. An investment that won't go unnoticed, perfect for those who want to showcase their passion for the darkest corners of the DC universe.
