Flash breaks through the limits of reality in one of his most powerful incarnations: Dark Flash, captured in the majestic McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse line. This 7-inch figurine, part of the exclusive Gold Label, turns speed energy into a threatening and unique presence for your collection.
The scene
The figure captures Dark Flash in his most iconic and terrifying appearance: a manifestation similar to the Speed Force Reaper, as seen in the crossover arc "Speed Metal" of Dark Crisis (2022). This representation highlights the character’s dark and otherworldly nature, diverging from the classic heroic identity to embrace the spectral image that made him famous in this specific narrative context.
The character
At the heart of the Dark Nights: Metal saga, Dark Flash is not simple corruption, but a high‑tension incarnation of the Speed Force itself. When the Dark Multiverse threatens to consume reality, even the purest kinetic energy becomes distorted, giving birth to this dark version of Red Flash. His role is crucial: harness this corrupted energy to survive cosmic‑level threats, positioning him as one of the key figures on multiversal battlefields. This specific variant, with its "Speed Metal" design, stands out dramatically from traditional Flash costumes thanks to an aggressive armor and dark accents that emphasize its menacing nature. For collectors, it represents the essential addition to complete the Dark Knights gallery, allowing the reconstruction of the narrative dynamics of the Dark Nights series alongside Batman Who Laughs and Red Death.
Why collect it
This is not just a simple figurine, but a piece of DC comic history materialized in its most ostentatious form. The combination of the DC Multiverse 7 line and the prestigious Gold Label guarantees a level of detail and exclusivity that turns the figure into a true showcase item. For the collector, Dark Flash in Speed Metal represents the pinnacle of the dark aesthetic of *Dark Nights: Metal*: a firm point that elevates any display, blending the character’s narrative power with the craftsmanship quality of McFarlane Toys. It is the kind of piece that, once placed, immediately becomes the center of gravity of the collection.
