COME NEL 1978
Star Wars: The Vintage Collection (TVC) is Hasbro's flagship 3.75-inch (1:18 scale) action figure, vehicle, and playset line. Defined by high articulation and throwback packaging inspired by Kenner's iconic 1978–1985 toy line, TVC bridges vintage nostalgia with modern sculpting technology across every era of Star Wars lore.
Cronologia
Panoramica

Produced by Hasbro, Star Wars: The Vintage Collection (TVC) stands as the gold standard for 3.75-inch (1:18 scale) Star Wars action figures, playsets, and vehicles.
The hallmark of the line is its blend of modern engineering with classic Kenner aesthetics, utilizing pill-shaped blister bubbles, character photo cardbacks, silver racetrack borders, and vintage branding style.
Unlike lines tailored exclusively to current media, TVC encompasses the entirety of Star Wars canon and Legends. Characters from the Original Trilogy, Prequels, Sequels, animated series, video games, comics, and live-action shows are all rendered in a single, realistic aesthetic scale. Designed primarily for collectors and display enthusiasts, TVC balances premium articulation, detailed cloth and molded accessories, and historical packaging homage, making it Hasbro's most enduring 3.75-inch collectible line.
Storia

The line debuted in April 2010 at Jedi-Con in Germany (followed by Star Wars Celebration V in August 2010) with an exclusive 4-LOM and Zuckuss two-pack. Retail shipments officially launched in August 2010, numbered sequentially from VC01 (Dengar) through VC115 (Darth Vader).
In 2013, Hasbro placed TVC on hiatus to focus on 5-Points-of-Articulation figures and six-inch Black Series releases. Following fan demand and a vote announced at Star Wars Celebration Orlando 2017, TVC returned in Spring 2018 with VC116 (Rey - Island Journey).
The relaunch introduced Hasbro's Photo Real digital face printing technology, improved hip and waist articulation, and Deluxe boxed releases. In 2018, Hasbro also introduced HasLab crowdfunded projects, launching massive centerpiece items starting with Jabba's Sail Barge and continuing with the Razor Crest, The Ghost, Mos Eisley Cantina, and the LAAT/i Republic Gunship.
I PEZZI DI STAR WARS: THE VINTAGE COLLECTION
Collezionismo
Star Wars: The Vintage Collection holds primary status among world-building collectors due to its vehicle compatibility and historical packaging design. The line attracts two distinct collecting styles: Mint-On-Card (MOC) collectors, who display the unpunched cardbacks to preserve the silver racetrack art, and loose display collectors, who utilize the super-articulation and photo-real head sculpts for detailed dioramas.
On the secondary market, value trends favor HasLab releases and low-run Expanded Universe figures. HasLab projects like Jabba's Sail Barge and the Razor Crest command significant premiums above their original backer prices. Additionally, specialized army-building offerings like Troop Builder 4-Packs and fan-voted characters maintain steady demand, solidifying TVC as a core investment focus within action figure collecting.

The line originally launched in 2010 at Jedi-Con in Germany with an exclusive 4-LOM and Zuckuss bounty hunter two-pack.
