Cronologia
Biografia

Scott Lang is an electronics technician, reformed burglar, and the heroic successor to Hank Pym as Ant-Man. Driven by desperation to save his critically ill daughter Cassie, Lang initially stole the Ant-Man suit to rescue the only surgeon capable of saving her life.
Recognizing Scott's noble character and bravery, Hank Pym gave Lang his blessing to keep the gear and operate as a lawful superhero. Throughout his heroics, Scott has established himself as a versatile and loyal hero.
He has served as a key member of the Avengers, substituted as leader of the Fantastic Four and the Future Foundation, and operated his own business, Ant-Man Security Solutions. Armed with Pym Particles that allow him to shift size from subatomic scale to Giant-Man, alongside a cybernetic helmet to communicate with insects, Scott balances cosmic threats with his central role as a protective father.
Storia

Born in Coral Gables, Florida, Scott Lang grew up to become a talented electronics engineer. Married to Peggy Rae, with whom he had a daughter named Cassandra "Cassie" Lang, Scott found himself unable to support his family through electronics repair work alone and turned to burglary.
After being apprehended, he served a prison sentence, studied advanced electronics, and earned parole for good behavior. Following his release, Scott was hired by Stark International's design department. However, tragedy struck when Cassie was diagnosed with a serious congenital heart condition.
The only specialist who could perform the life-saving surgery, Dr. Erica Sondheim, was kidnapped by Darren Cross of Cross Technological Enterprises. Desperate to save his daughter, Lang broke into Hank Pym's New Jersey home, stole the Ant-Man suit and helmet, and rescued Dr. Sondheim. After defeating Cross and saving Cassie, Scott attempted to return the costume and turn himself in, but Pym allowed him to retain the Ant-Man mantle on the condition that he use it strictly for good.

Evoluzione
Scott Lang's trajectory is defined by his transition from a desperate ex-convict into a core Avenger and cosmic defender. Initially driven exclusively by personal devotion to his daughter, Lang used his technological expertise to aid Iron Man and Earth's Mightiest Heroes as a technical consultant before officially joining the Avengers' main roster. His evolution took a dramatic turn when he stepped up to lead the Fantastic Four during Reed Richards' absence and later guided the Future Foundation.
Facing deep personal hardship—including his own death in *Avengers Disassembled* and the loss and resurrection of his daughter Cassie—Scott emerged as a resilient hero whose humility and fatherly devotion remained constant. In modern comic arcs and cinematic portrayals, Scott's character has expanded into a mainstream fan favorite. From running small-business operations at Ant-Man Security Solutions to initiating the Time Heist in *Avengers: Endgame* and confronting Kang the Conqueror, Scott Lang has evolved into a full-scale superhero capable of tackling threats across space, time, and the Quantum Realm.
