ARMITAGE HUX
Armitage Hux was a fanatical General of the First Order, the commander of Starkiller Base, and a key architect of the New Order's military doctrine. Known for his ruthless ambition and intense rivalry with Kylo Ren, he ultimately played a paradoxical role in the galaxy's fate as both a high-ranking tyrant and a desperate Resistance spy.
Cronologia
Biografia

Armitage Hux was a central figure in the First Order's rise to power, serving as a General and a member of the High Command. A true believer in the principles of the Empire, he oversaw the completion and operation of Starkiller Base.
His military philosophy centered on absolute control and technological terror, most notably demonstrated when he ordered the destruction of the Hosnian system, which effectively decapitated the New Republic.
Hux's leadership was characterized by a cold, calculating demeanor and a deep-seated desire for order, though his authority was frequently undermined by his volatile relationship with Kylo Ren. Following the death of Supreme Leader Snoke, Hux found himself subordinate to Kylo Ren, whom he despised. This bitterness drove him to a shocking act of betrayal: he became a mole for the Resistance. While he claimed he didn't care about their cause, his desire to see Kylo Ren lose outweighed his loyalty to the First Order. His double life eventually came to a violent end when his treachery was discovered by Allegiant General Enric Pryde, leading to his immediate execution during the final days of the First Order-Resistance War.
Storia

Born on the planet Arkanis in 1 BBY, Armitage was the illegitimate son of Commandant Brendol Hux and a kitchen worker. His childhood was defined by severe psychological and physical abuse at the hands of his father, who viewed him as weak and useless.
Despite this, the young Armitage found comfort in the stories of the Empire's glory and vowed to prove his worth.
During the fall of the Empire in 5 ABY, he and his father were rescued from Arkanis by bounty hunter Mercurial Swift and fled to the Unknown Regions as part of the Emperor's Contingency. Raised under the mentorship of Grand Admiral Rae Sloane, he eventually conspired with Captain Phasma to murder his father using a deadly Arkanis beetle, finally seizing the power he felt was his birthright.
Evoluzione
Armitage Hux’s journey is one of deep-seated trauma manifesting as a hunger for absolute control. He began as an abused, illegitimate child of the Empire, desperate to prove his worth in the Unknown Regions. As he matured, he became the ultimate bureaucrat of evil—replacing his father’s antiquated methods with a more efficient, birth-to-death indoctrination system.
By the time of the Sequel Trilogy, he was a fanatical zealot, yet the loss of his autonomy under Supreme Leader Kylo Ren caused another shift. He evolved from a loyal commander into a bitter saboteur, proving that his personal vendettas were ultimately stronger than his political convictions. His death at the hands of Enric Pryde marked the end of the 'Imperial' lineage he so desperately tried to uphold.
Da Collezione
For fans of the First Order, General Hux is a staple figure. His most common collectible presence is within the LEGO Star Wars line, appearing in various Starkiller Base and Star Destroyer sets, often featuring his signature greatcoat and distinctive ginger hair. Collectors specifically seek out the versions from 'The Force Awakens' for their iconic command aesthetic.
While he has appeared in various high-end gaming platforms like 'The Skywalker Saga,' physical figures from brands like Hasbro’s Black Series are highly valued for their detailed facial sculpts of actor Domhnall Gleeson. Recent interest has also shifted toward custom 'spy' variants inspired by his appearance in 'The Rise of Skywalker' and the 'Legacy of Vader' comic series.

In an alternate LEGO reality, he is actually depicted as a heroic Rebel pilot calling for help.
