CHEWBACCA

Cronologia
Biografia
Born on Kashyyyk in 200 BBY, Chewbacca grew up as the son of Wookiee leader Attichitcuk. During his youth, he explored the treacherous Shadowlands and charted hyperspace routes for the Claatuvac Guild before fighting alongside General Tarfful and Jedi Master Yoda during the Battle of Kashyyyk in 19 BBY.
Following the rise of the Galactic Empire, Chewbacca was captured and enslaved. While held on Mimban around 10 BBY, he met Imperial mudtrooper Han Solo. Solo liberated him, establishing a Wookiee life debt and initiating a lifelong partnership aboard the Millennium Falcon.
As a core member of the Rebel Alliance, Chewbacca helped rescue Princess Leia, participated in the destruction of the first Death Star, rebuilt C-3PO on Cloud City, and hijacked an Imperial AT-ST during the Battle of Endor. After the defeat of the Empire, he assisted in liberating his homeworld of Kashyyyk. Decades later, Chewbacca rejoined Han Solo in the Resistance era, witnessing Solo's death on Starkiller Base before serving as co-pilot to Rey and rallying the Galaxy Fleet alongside Lando Calrissian at the Battle of Exegol.
Storia
Chewbacca spent his early life in Rwookrrorro on Kashyyyk. Unlike many Wookiees who remained high in the forest canopy, Chewbacca was driven by an intense desire for exploration. At age fifty (150 BBY), he embarked on a Wookiee rite of passage known as 'The Rising Path,' arming himself with a bandolier and bowcaster while traveling across the galaxy.
As a young adult under 100 years of age, he gained renown for his mechanics skills with a hydrospanner and his expertise in navigating tall wroshyr trees. After saving his future wife Mallatobuck (Malla) from Trandoshan slavers, he won her hand in marriage by defeating his rival Tojjevvuk in an honor duel.
Chewbacca subsequently joined the secretive Claatuvac Guild of Wookiee navigators in Kachirho to map hyperspace routes. Between 39 BBY and 36 BBY, he assisted his father in colonizing Alaris Prime. Under the guidance of Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi, Chewbacca assumed a crucial leadership role, defending Wookiee settlements from wild gundarks and defeating invading Trade Federation battle droid forces.

Throughout the Galactic Civil War, he evolved from a reluctant hero into a pivotal asset who assisted in destroying both Death Stars and liberating Kashyyyk.
