THE PENGUIN

Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, known as The Penguin, is one of Batman's most iconic and enduring adversaries, debuting in 1941. Operating from his high-class Iceberg Lounge, he is a completely sane, highly intelligent mob boss who pairs aristocratic formal wear with high-tech trick umbrellas to control Gotham City's criminal underworld.
