CONSTRICTOR

Constrictor (Frank Payne) is a Marvel Comics supervillain-turned-antihero created by Len Wein, John Romita Sr., and Sal Buscema, who first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #212 in 1977. Originally an undercover S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who suffered a severe mental breakdown while infiltrating a criminal syndicate, he adopted the identity of a villain equipped with high-tech electrified coils. Over his history, he evolved from a mercenary and member of the Masters of Evil to a registered hero in the Shadow Initiative and eventually an arms dealer.
