Obi-Wan Kenobi is a landmark Star Wars limited series that explores the untold chapter of the legendary Jedi Master's exile. Set between the events of the prequel and original trilogies, it bridges the gap between a fallen Republic and the spark of rebellion.
Sinossi
A decade after the devastating events of Revenge of the Sith, Obi-Wan Kenobi lives a hollow existence on Tatooine, watching over a young Luke Skywalker. His isolation is shattered when he is called upon to rescue a kidnapped 10-year-old Princess Leia, leading him into a direct confrontation with the Imperial Inquisitors and his former Padawan, Darth Vader. The series maintains a somber, character-driven tone that balances Western-style desert survival with the high-stakes emotional weight of a master's lingering guilt.

Accoglienza
The series debuted to strong critical interest, maintaining an 82% score on Rotten Tomatoes. While praised for its emotional depth and the powerful performances of Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen, it faced some internal debate regarding its pacing and visual scale. Fans particularly celebrated the 'Rematch of the Century' final duel, which has since become a cornerstone of modern Star Wars lore. Its legacy has sparked renewed interest in legacy characters, leading into the expanded universe projects of 2026.
Da Collezione
For collectors, the series is defined by high-end representations of the Kenobi vs. Vader rivalry. Hot Toys' 'Wandering Jedi' and 'Battle Damaged Vader' figures are considered contemporary grails for their uncanny likenesses. Hasbro's Black Series has seen significant value in its Inquisitorius line and the 'Jedi Legend' figures. Collectors also highly prize the Force FX Elite lightsaber replicas and specialized LEGO sets such as the Inquisitor Transport Scythe (75336), which consistently perform well in the secondary market.
