AltezzaAltezza15.24 cmKevin Malone takes over the desk again with this 6‑inch limited edition figurine, part of McFarlane Toys' The Office Movie Maniacs series. A collectible piece that captures the character's comedic essence, ready to bring the Dunder Mifflin atmosphere straight to your display.
Scene
The figure captures one of the most iconic and chaotic moments in The Office: Kevin Malone, portrayed by John Krasinski, is immortalized during the famous cold‑open of the episode Kevin's Famous Chili (season 3, episode 14). He wears his trademark brown suit, but with a detail that immediately betrays the disastrous nature of the scene: blue dish‑washing gloves. In one hand he proudly holds a large metal pot filled with his famously terrible chili, about to spill it onto the office floor. It’s the perfect portrait of a character who turns every everyday gesture into a memorable event, freezing the exact instant before disaster unfolds.
The character
If there's a figure that embodies the absurd and affectionate spirit of The Office, it’s undoubtedly Kevin Malone. The Dunder Mifflin Scranton accountant, debuting in 2005, won audiences not with wit or authority, but through disarming professional incompetence and a wholehearted devotion to food, all masked by an unmistakably deadpan facial expression. His narrative arc unfolds as a comic descent into the depths of bureaucracy, where every calculation error or misunderstanding becomes a moment of pure sitcom history. Kevin is not just a background character: he’s the beating heart of Scranton’s chaos, the catalyst for those near‑incredible situations that turned the series into a global cultural phenomenon. For collectors, owning this figurine means preserving a fundamental piece of that collective nostalgia, celebrating one of the key players that made NBC’s mockumentary one of the most beloved shows of all time.
Why collect it
This limited edition is more than just a desk accessory; it’s a genuine trophy for The Office enthusiasts. It represents the perfect balance between the iconic cult moment of the series and the exclusivity of a reduced run, making it a coveted prize for collectors searching for rare pieces. Displayed in a showcase, Kevin Malone’s figurine becomes the beating heart of the collection, a tangible reminder of how pop culture can turn a simple employee into an enduring symbol. It’s the type of piece that, over time, gains value not just for its rarity but for the nostalgic joy it evokes in those who shared those hours in front of the screen.
