Hasbro Star Wars Black Series Snowtrooper Holiday Edition Action Figure

A 1:12 scale Black Series Snowtrooper in its exclusive Holiday Edition variant. It is the piece that completes the 6-inch franchise action figure collection, capturing the essence of the Empire in a shelf-ready format that blends detailed precision with instant visual impact.

This variant does not recreate a specific moment from the cinematic saga, but rather presents a celebratory interpretation of the classic Imperial Snowtrooper. The design introduces a winter-and-holiday colour palette, aesthetic elements that belong to no canonical film scene, transforming the soldier into a seasonal collectible piece.

The Snowtrooper’s true narrative weight lies in its debut in Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back (1980), where it embodies the total threat of the Galactic Empire. Designed as specialised assault infantry for sub‑zero environments, this soldier is not a mere pawn but the key element of the devastating ground assault against Echo Base on Hoth, carried out under the direct command of Darth Vader. Its presence marked the moment when the Rebel resistance, then in a guerrilla phase, was forced to confront the Empire’s concentrated military power in an inhospitable environment, making each trooper a symbol of imperial oppression and the desperation of the Battle of Hoth.
