The scene
This sculpture captures Mae in her role as assassin, as shown in Disney+ live‑action series Star Wars: The Acolyte (2024). The figure portrays her wearing her iconic violet cloak with hood and armed with throwing knives, faithfully recreating the aesthetic and narrative tension of the character in her television appearance.
The character
The true weight of Mae‑ho Aniseya lies in her tragedy: born on Brendok due to a wound in the Force, her existence is marked by a dark destiny that transcends mere belonging to the Dark Side. Her narrative arc revolves around a fierce vengeance against the Jedi Order, guided by the secret and lethal instructions of the mysterious ‘Stranger’. This figure is not just a visual tribute but a narrative piece that embodies Mae’s inner conflict and assassin determination as she prepares to carry out her master’s mortal trials. For collectors, this piece represents a key element for understanding the dynamics of the High Republic era, offering a unique perspective on how dark forces operate in the shadows of Star Wars history.
