Paladone officially launched the Icon Light series in April 2018, debuting with Series 1 Nintendo releases focused on Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda, closely followed by waves for PlayStation, Star Wars, DC Comics, and Marvel Universe.
Between 2018 and 2019, Paladone expanded into esports and sandbox gaming with Overwatch and Minecraft, as well as the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
During this period, Paladone integrated Breakdown Plastic (BDP™) into production—an additive allowing landfill decomposition without sacrificing structural durability during product life. As video game hardware evolved, Paladone introduced console-generation updates, such as the 2020 PS5-themed PlayStation light. From 2022 to 2026, the series broadened into classic Disney animation, Sonic the Hedgehog, modern anime titles like One Piece, horror icons, and upcoming additions such as Astro Bot, Peppa Pig, and remastered V2 core character lights.
