UTROM

The Utroms are a species of small, pinkish, brain-like aliens with short tentacles from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. Highly intelligent and technologically advanced, they operate secretly on Earth under the cover of the T.C.R.I. front organization and are directly responsible for the creation of the mutagen ooze that created the Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter.
