TRAITOR GUARD

The Traitor Guard, officially designated as Traitoris Militarum or Hereticus Militarum, are former mortal soldiers of the Astra Militarum and Planetary Defence Forces who have turned renegade and sworn allegiance to Chaos. Unlike mindless cultists, Traitor Guardsmen are trained veteran forces that maintain strict military discipline, heavy armor, combined-arms tactics, and command hierarchies while fighting for the Chaos Gods.
