SAVANTI ROMERO

Savanti Romero is a recurring supervillain in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe, known as a rogue, time-traveling, demon-like sorcerer. As the arch-enemy of Time Lord apprentice Renet Tilley and a persistent foe of the TMNT, he constantly schemes to usurp power over space and time. His terrifying goat-horned, hooved silhouette and temporal master plans have made him one of the franchise's most distinct historical antagonists.
