PLASTIC MODEL KIT

Kotobukiya's Plastic Model Kit ecosystem is one of the most influential product lines in the hobby world, spanning detailed mecha, licensed scale models, and groundbreaking original franchises. Originating in 1983 with resin kits before transitioning to full injection-molded plastic in 2003, Kotobukiya pioneered the modern 'Girlpla' (girl plastic model) genre and modular kit-block systems across multiple scales.
