Pinhead, officially designated as the Hell Priest or Lead Cenobite, is the iconic primary antagonist of Clive Barker's Hellraiser franchise. Originally a traumatized World War I British officer named Captain Elliot Spencer, he was transformed into an extra-dimensional entity devoted to sadomasochistic exploration after solving the Lament Configuration puzzle box. Serving the dark deity Leviathan, Pinhead commands the Cenobites as an articulate arbiter of sensory torment and pain.
