JAR JAR BINKS

Jar Jar Binks is a Gungan from the planet Naboo who transitions from an exiled, clumsy outcast into a Bombad General, a Representative in the Galactic Senate, and ultimately an outcast street performer in Theed. Created by George Lucas and brought to life through motion-capture and voice acting by Ahmed Best, Jar Jar played pivotal roles in both the Liberation of Naboo and the rise of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.
