HIGH EVOLUTIONARY

Dr. Herbert Edgar Wyndham, known as the High Evolutionary, is a prominent Marvel Comics supervillain and cosmic-scale geneticist created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Driven by an obsession with genetic manipulation and biological perfection, he oscillates between an ethically ambiguous scientist, a self-appointed creator deity, and a major galactic threat.
