Alexander 'Alex' Summers, known as Havok, is a Marvel Comics mutant superhero created by Arnold Drake and Don Heck, making his comic debut in 1969. The younger brother of Cyclops (Scott Summers) and older brother of Vulcan (Gabriel Summers), he possesses the formidable ability to absorb ambient cosmic radiation and convert it into superheated plasma blasts. Throughout his history, Havok has served as a prominent leader of X-Factor, commander of the space-faring Starjammers, and leader of the Avengers Unity Squad.
