FOOT SOLDIER

The Foot Soldier (or Foot Ninja) is the primary rank-and-file operative of the Foot Clan across the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. First created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird in 1984 as a parody of Marvel's The Hand, these ninjas and drones serve under Oroku Saki (The Shredder) and execute the syndicate's criminal operations across comics, television, films, and video games.
