ATOMIC SKULL

Atomic Skull is a recurring supervillain and occasional anti-hero in DC Comics, primarily serving as an adversary to Superman. The title has been held by two main individuals: Dr. Albert Michaels, a scientist using a radium-powered neural pacemaker, and Joseph "Joe" Martin, a mutated human emitting radioactive energy who suffers from movie-serial delusions.
