Biografia
Elektra Natchios is one of the Marvel Universe's most deadly martial artists and complex anti-heroes. Created by Frank Miller and debuting in Daredevil #168 in 1981, she is the daughter of Greek ambassador Hugo Natchios.
Following her father's tragic assassination, Elektra sought mastery in combat, which brought her under the influence of both the heroic order known as The Chaste and the mystical ninja clan known as The Hand. Throughout her history, she has walked the line between villainy and heroism, working as an independent mercenary, a chief assassin for mob boss Wilson Fisk (the Kingpin), and a formidable lethal operative.
Despite her violent profession, Elektra maintains a deeply personal bond with Matt Murdock (Daredevil), serving as his romantic interest, partner, and moral antithesis. Her narrative arc has expanded into major Marvel events: she has served on team-ups like the Thunderbolts and Savage Avengers, stood at the center of the Skrull infiltration during Secret Invasion, and officially assumed the suit and cowl of Daredevil in late 2020 to defend Hell's Kitchen. In alternate continuities like Earth-200111, she worked as a bodyguard for the Kingpin while secretly carrying out a deadly affair and conspiracy with his ex-wife, Vanessa Fisk.
Storia
Elektra's origins are rooted in grief, vengeance, and relentless martial training. Born as the daughter of Greek ambassador Hugo Natchios, her life took a permanent tragic turn when her father was assassinated. Leaving behind her collegiate romance with Matt Murdock, Elektra traveled the world to master combat.
She trained under the blind master Stick, leader of the heroic order known as The Chaste, but her drive for power led her to be corrupted by The Hand, a mystical ninja order of undead mercenaries who refined her into a ruthless killer.
Returning to New York City as an assassin for hire, Elektra was employed by Wilson Fisk, bringing her into tragic conflict with Daredevil. This period culminated in Daredevil #181 (1982), where she was brutally murdered by Bullseye using her own sai blade. She was later resurrected in Daredevil #190 when Stick and Stone purified her spirit. Following her revival, Elektra navigated complex paths involving cyborg transformations in Elektra: Assassin, battles against Hand corruption, and ultimate reintegration into the main Marvel Universe.

Evoluzione
Over four decades, Elektra has evolved from a tragic villainous mercenary into an established Marvel superhero. Created by Frank Miller in 1981, she initially served as Wilson Fisk's assassin, leading to her famous death at the hands of Bullseye. Following her purification and resurrection, her narrative branched into experimental storytelling in Elektra: Assassin, introducing cyborg transformations and psychological depth.
Throughout the 2000s and 2010s, Elektra transitioned into an anti-heroic operative, joining teams like Red Hulk's Thunderbolts and the Savage Avengers. Her identity triggered a pivotal Marvel storyline in Secret Invasion, where her death revealed that a Skrull impostor named Pagon had taken her place. In 2020, her character reached a monumental milestone in Daredevil Vol. 6 #25 when she took on the suit and cowl of Daredevil to protect Hell's Kitchen. This culminated in the 'Red Fist Saga', where she married Matt Murdock in a mystical ceremony to become Queen of the Fist.
