Evoluzione
Braun Strowman's character evolution saw him progress from a quiet faction enforcer to a world champion and mainstream host. Entering WWE main roster television in 2015 as 'The Black Sheep' of The Wyatt Family, he was presented as Bray Wyatt's silent, masked powerhouse. Following the 2016 WWE Draft, he was split from the faction and launched a solo career on Raw as 'The Monster Among Men,' characterized by squash victories, terrifying backstage rampages, and destructive rivalries against stars like Roman Reigns and Big Show. Between 2018 and 2020, Strowman pivoted into a dominant main-event fan favorite.
He showed versatility by winning the Raw Tag Team Titles with a 10-year-old child named Nicholas at WrestleMania 34, winning Money in the Bank, and stepping in as a last-minute substitute at WrestleMania 36 to defeat Goldberg for the Universal Championship. After his release in 2021, Strowman wrestled under his real name Adam Scherr on the independent circuit and co-founded Control Your Narrative (CYN). Returning to WWE in 2022 as 'The Monster of All Monsters,' he successfully adapted to a high-flyer/powerhouse dynamic with Ricochet, survived a serious level-one neck fusion surgery in 2023, and expanded his profile by hosting USA Network's unscripted travel show *Everything on the Menu*.
Strowman set an all-time record with 13 eliminations during the 50-man Greatest Royal Rumble match in Saudi Arabia.
