Blue Senturion is an intergalactic police officer originating from Angel Grove in the year 2205. He travels back in time to 1997 carrying the "Millennium Message," a critical warning intended for Dimitria revealing that major villain factions—including Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, the Machine Empire, and Divatox—will unite to conquer the universe.
Upon crashing on Earth, his deactivated body is captured by Divatox, who tricks him into believing she is Dimitria and reprograms him to attack the Turbo Rangers with an internal detonator planted inside him.
After Blue Turbo Ranger Justin Stewart deactivates the detonator and resets his programming, Blue Senturion becomes a loyal ally to the Power Rangers while also upholding daily municipal police duties in Angel Grove, such as issuing parking tickets and helping pedestrians. Near the end of the Turbo saga, he leaves Earth with Dimitria to defend Zordon's home world, Eltar. During the United Alliance of Evil's invasion, he fights side-by-side with the Phantom Ranger against the Machine Empire's Cogs until they are both saved by Zordon's galactic energy wave.
