Later captured alongside Cliffjumper by Starscream, Arcee survived torture and staged a breakout alongside Cliffjumper, confronting Shockwave to escape Cybertron for Earth. Upon arriving on Earth under Optimus Prime's command, Arcee took on the responsibility of guarding human teenager Jack Darby while confronting her grief over Cliffjumper's murder by Decepticon Vehicons.
