McFarlane Toys Spawn Megafig Cy-Gor Patina Edition Gold Label 30cm

The Patina Edition Cy‑Gor stands with an aura of mystery and power, encapsulating the essence of darkness in a 30 cm statue. This Gold Label variant of McFarlane Toys' Megafig line is not just a figure, but an exclusive collector's item that promises to dominate any display.

The figure captures Cy‑Gor in his cyber‑gorilla form as seen in the film Spawn (2023). This specific representation is characterized by an oxidized bronze patina finish, an exclusive toy‑market variant that distinguishes this Gold Label edition from the standard version, giving the character a unique and refined visual appearance.

Cy‑Gor is not a simple antagonist but the result of the cruelest violation: the identity of Michael Konieczni, a friend and teammate of Al Simmons in the CIA, brutally erased by cyber‑military experiments under the Sim project. Transformed into a cyber‑gorilla, his narrative arc is defined by primitive instability and crushing physical strength, making him one of the deadliest threats in the Spawn universe. His value to collectors lies in a unique historical curiosity: Cy‑Gor is one of the few characters originally conceived as an action figure by Todd McFarlane before his debut in comic pages, a "toy‑first" origin that underscores his importance in McFarlane's catalogue.

This is not just a statue: it's a piece of McFarlane Toys action figure history, capable of elevating any display to museum level. The combination of the Megafig line, which provides a dominating stage presence thanks to its extended scale, with the exclusive Gold Label, makes it a coveted item for those seeking pieces that transcend mere reproduction and become real cornerstones of a collection. The patinated treatment grants a unique visual identity, making each specimen a tactile artwork that captures light in an irreplicably way. Displaying it means not only showcasing an iconic character but asserting your status as a discerning collector, owning a rare variant that celebrates the fusion of modern design and Spawn's dark legacy. It is the type of piece that, over time, becomes the centerpiece around which all other line figures orbit, an emotional and visual investment that fully justifies its honorary place.
