The iconic villain from Masters of the Universe returns in a new incarnation with the Masterverse line, ready to dominate the shelf. This Spikor Classic figure, produced by Mattel, captures the character's threatening essence with a design that balances fidelity to the character and modern innovation.
The Scene
This sculpture captures Spikor in his iconic appearance from the animated series Masters of the Universe: Revelation (2021), faithfully reproducing his menacing and distinctive silhouette. The figure is equipped with its unmistakable visual signature: the massive mace and the extendable claw gauntlet, elements that define his presence on the stage and make him immediately recognizable to saga fans. This incarnation reflects the specific aesthetic of the Masterverse line, offering a modern and detailed interpretation of the Eternian villain.
The Character
Before becoming the fearsome Spikor, this character was Kleffton, a simple blacksmith of Eternia. His fate was marked by a curse that fused his flesh with a lethal, spiked armor, giving him a mystical arm transformed into a trident. This background makes him far more than a mere physical threat: within Skeletor's Evil Warriors army, Spikor holds a crucial strategic role, serving as the weaponsmith responsible for forging deadly weapons, including the iconic Terror Claws. For collectors, this warrior-and-weapon-creator duality makes him a key narrative element to complete the original 1980s army storyline, making him indispensable for those looking to faithfully rebuild Skeletor's evil dynasty.
