The Scene
This figure captures Scorpion, or rather Hanzo Hasashi, exactly as he appears in the 2021 live‑action adaptation of Mortal Kombat. The depicted scene is from the film, offering collectors two visions of the character: the standard variant with the iconic mask and the Chase variant without the mask, revealing the ninja's face. It's the cinematic moment captured in vinyl, ready for your display.
The Character
Since his name became synonymous with vengeance in 1992, Hanzo Hasashi has never been just a fighter: he is the very soul of Mortal Kombat. Resurrected from the depths of the Netherrealm as the flaming specter of Scorpion after his family's murder at the hands of Sub‑Zero, the Shirai Ryu clan warrior embodies the pure essence of unquenched hatred. This figure celebrates not just an action but the entire narrative arc that made him the undisputed mascot of the saga, an anti‑hero whose resilience elevated him to a cross‑cultural icon, capable of blending arcade nostalgia with cinematic modernity. For collectors, owning Scorpion means holding the beating heart of a franchise that defined an era, a piece that represents both the gaming history and the visual impact of the 2021 live‑action adaptation.
Why Collect It
Beyond simply representing the character, the suffix with Chase transforms this figure into a true object of desire for the most discerning collectors. It's not just a shelf Pop! but a key element to complete your Mortal Kombat collection with a touch of exclusivity and rarity, ready to capture the attention of every visitor to your display.
