- Shopkeeper
The cousin of Pennywise comes alive with the Funko Pop! Movies: IT 2 - Shop Keeper. This vinyl figure captures the unsettling essence of the character in an iconic pose, ready to earn its rightful place in your collection devoted to the Stephen King franchise.
The Scene
This figure recreates a cult moment from IT Chapter Two (2019): Stephen King's cameo as an antique dealer. The scene depicts his interaction with adult Bill Denbrough, who receives his old childhood bicycle, Silver, in return. A precious detail for collectors following the Losers' narrative arc.
The Character
The true narrative weight of this character lies in its role as a catalyst: it is not merely a shopkeeper, but the key that unlocks Bill Denbrough's emotional arc. Through the sale of the 'Silver' bicycle, the Shopkeeper allows Bill to reclaim the erased childhood memories, a crucial step in his evolution in the film. This meta‑textual dimension, where the horror creator actively takes a role in the story he wrote, gives the figure symbolic value beyond mere collectibility: it represents a tangible bridge between literature and its cinematic adaptation, making it a unique piece for those who appreciate the depth of cultural crossover within the IT universe.
