Quasimodo, in his iconic and brightly colored "Fool" version, lands on your shelf with the Funko Pop! Disney dedicated to The Hunchback of Notre Dame. A vibrant and instantly recognizable addition for every classic animation collector, ready to bring a touch of spectacle and irony to your display.
The scene
The figure captures the triumphant moment of the Carnival of Fools, when Quasimodo is crowned King of Fools. He wears his brightly colored clown crown and matching cape, immortalizing the scene in which the bell tower of Notre Dame becomes the center of festive attention in the 1996 Disney film.
The character
Confined by the cruelty of Judge Frollo in the tower of Notre Dame's bells, Quasimodo grew up isolated from the world, yet he keeps a heart of gold, immense strength, and a deep desire to live among the citizens of Paris. This figure embodies the emotional climax of his narrative arc: the courageous moment when, for the first time, he leaves his solitude to step into the public eye during the Feast of Fools. It is a fundamental piece for those who appreciate Disney's most intense and celebrated Renaissance animated works, capable of touching deep chords despite appearances.
Why collect it
It’s not just a figure: it’s the emblem of tragic irony that makes The Hunchback of Notre Dame a timeless classic. This Fool version, with its explosive palette and straw crown, captures the sole instant when Quasimodo reigns supreme, offering a powerful visual contrast and narratively rich moment that few other Pop! Disney figures can match. For collectors seeking pieces with soul and strong visual identity, this is a must‑have: a tribute to the character's resilience and the magic of Disney’s ’90s animation, ready to become the focal point of your showcase.
