Banpresto Dragon Ball Z Raditz Figure – Volume 1 Collectible

The first clash between Goku and his cousin, the formidable Raditz, comes to life in this figurine from the World Anime da Collezione line by Banpresto. An essential icon for those chasing authenticity of Dragon Ball Z, designed for collectors who want to capture the exact moment the saga changes forever.

The figurine captures the pivotal moment of Raditz's arrival on Earth during the Saiyan Saga of Dragon Ball Z (1989). The character is depicted in mid-flight, wearing his iconic standard Saiyan armor and scouter, as he approaches the planet to track down his brother Goku. This scene represents the exact moment the enemy appears for the first time, marking the turning point of the saga.

Raditz is not merely a simple antagonist but the true catalyst that transformed the Dragon Ball universe: he is the one who reveals Goku’s true alien identity, Kakarot, and introduces the concept of power levels. As Goku’s older biological brother, his role is vital for understanding Saiyan origins and the narrative transition from the Dragon Ball saga to Dragon Ball Z. For collectors, this figurine marks the pivotal point of the franchise: he is the key villain that, alongside Nappa and Vegeta, completes the dynamism of the Saiyan Saga. His unmistakable silhouette, with long hair and scouter, makes him an essential element for those wishing to faithfully reconstruct the early battles against the Frieza Force.

Beyond the sculpture, this figurine is a fundamental pillar for anyone who cares for their Dragon Ball Z collection. Affiliation with Banpresto’s World Anime da Collezione line ensures a level of finish and detail care that elevates the piece from a simple accessory to a true display item. Owning Raditz in this particular rendition means preserving a narrative turning point, set in high-quality PVC that only top Japanese brands can provide.
