RON WEASLEY
Ronald Bilius Weasley is a pure-blood wizard, the best friend of Harry Potter, and a core member of the Golden Trio alongside Hermione Granger. From his heroic sacrifices in Wizard's Chess to destroying Voldemort's Horcruxes, Ron stands as one of the bravest Gryffindors in Hogwarts history.
Cronologia
Biografia
Born on March 1, 1980, to Arthur and Molly Weasley during the height of the First Wizarding War, Ronald Bilius Weasley grew up in the Burrow alongside six siblings. Upon entering Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1991, he was sorted into Gryffindor House and immediately formed a lifelong friendship with Harry Potter and Hermione Granger.
Throughout his time at Hogwarts, Ron was essential to protecting the wizarding world. In his first year, he sacrificed himself during Professor McGonagall's giant Wizard's Chess game to let Harry reach the Philosopher's Stone.
Over the years, he faced his extreme fear of spiders in the Forbidden Forest, served as Gryffindor Quidditch Keeper, became a Gryffindor Prefect, and helped co-found Dumbledore's Army. During the Second Wizarding War, Ron skipped his final year at Hogwarts to join Harry and Hermione on the Horcrux hunt, successfully retrieving Gryffindor's Sword and destroying Slytherin's Locket. After surviving the Battle of Hogwarts, he worked as an Auror before co-managing Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes with his brother George, eventually marrying Hermione Granger and raising two children.
Storia
Ron grew up in The Burrow on the outskirts of Ottery St Catchpole in Devon, England. As part of a large pure-blood family with five older brothers (Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred, and George) and a younger sister (Ginny), Ron was home-educated in reading, writing, and math by his mother.
The Weasley family lacked financial wealth, earning them disdain from aristocratic families like the Malfoys who viewed them as 'blood traitors,' but they made up for it with a loving home. Growing up with older brothers, Ron was often the target of pranks.
His twin brothers Fred and George once transfigured his teddy bear into a giant spider—sparking his lifelong arachnophobia—and nearly forced him into an Unbreakable Vow when he was five years old. Before attending Hogwarts, Ron inherited his brother Percy's pet rat, Scabbers, unaware that the pet was actually the animagus Peter Pettigrew in hiding.

Evoluzione
Ron Weasley's character arc is defined by his journey from an insecure youngest brother to a brave, confident wizard. In his early years at Hogwarts, living in the shadow of his older brothers and the famous Harry Potter often caused Ron to feel inadequate, leading to moments of jealousy—most notably during the Triwizard Tournament in his fourth year.
As the series progressed, Ron developed into a formidable leader in his own right. Earning positions as a Gryffindor Prefect and Quidditch Keeper built his self-esteem outside of Harry's fame. His emotional climax occurred during the Horcrux hunt; though briefly corrupted by Slytherin's Locket, he returned to save Harry's life and destroy the Horcrux with Gryffindor's Sword. In adulthood, Ron evolved further from a Ministry Auror into a successful co-manager of Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes alongside his family.
