Cronologia
Biografia
Megan "Clover" Bowen is an Irish professional heist artist and a key operative within Bain's PAYDAY Gang.
Renowned for her stealth capabilities and intense temperament, she holds a milestone role in the franchise as the very first playable female heister, originally debuting in PAYDAY 2 in December 2014.
Throughout her criminal career, Clover has established herself as a master of covert infiltrations, specializing in lockpicking, handling security pagers, and stealth mobility. After briefly retiring to Ireland to raise prize horses following the original gang's disbandment, she was forced back into the criminal underworld when the syndicate Concord froze her assets, leading her to join Dallas and the crew in New York City during PAYDAY 3.
Storia
Megan grew up in a rough neighborhood in Dublin, Ireland. Proud of her heritage and descending from a lineage of fighters who took part in Irish liberation wars, she turned to crime at a young age. Early in her career, she attempted to mug veteran British bank robber James "Hoxton" Hoxworth in the United Kingdom.
Although outsmarted by Hoxton's experience, her nerve impressed him, leading Hoxton to take her on as his apprentice. Together, they pulled off major heists across the UK until Clover decided to go solo during a high-stakes robbery targeting military British L-95 assault rifles.
She hijacked the truck loaded with stolen loot and left Hoxton stranded. Rather than seeking revenge, Hoxton felt pride in her ambitious skill. Clover sold the weapons to rebels in Libya, keeping a single rifle as a souvenir which she named the "Queen's Wrath". She later joined Bain's PAYDAY Gang in late 2014, helping break Hoxton out of prison and reuniting with her former mentor without animosity.

Evoluzione
Clover evolved from a street thief in Dublin into an elite operative on the international stage. Her initial trajectory was defined by her apprenticeship under Hoxton, but her bold betrayal during the L-95 rifle heist proved her independence and established her reputation as a formidable solo criminal.
Joining the PAYDAY Gang marked her ascension to high-yield global scores, participating in major operations such as The Diamond Heist and Hoxton's prison breakout. After acquiring enough wealth to buy a royal Irish castle and retire to breed horses, financial ruin orchestrated by the syndicate Concord pushed her back into action in PAYDAY 3, evolving her from a retired criminal legend into an active combatant against a global conspiracy.
