The Holocomm Collection Ahsoka Tano is a specialized 6-inch action figure representation of the character in her live-action appearance, rendered as an in-universe translucent blue holographic transmission. Released by Hasbro in The Black Series line, this figure features an illuminated light-up display base and holographic weapons.
La Scena
This appearance represents Ahsoka Tano during a holographic transmission broadcast across the Star Wars galaxy's HoloNet communication network. Modeled after her live-action appearance in the Disney+ series Star Wars: Ahsoka, the figure captures the distinct visual effect created when communicating across light-years via holocomm technology. Rather than depicting her physical form in standard attire, this rendition portrays Ahsoka glowing in translucent blue light generated by a holographic projection device.
Significato
In the Star Wars galaxy, holographic communications play a vital role in long-distance strategic planning and galactic intelligence networks. Throughout her history—from operating under the covert Rebel identity 'Fulcrum' in Star Wars Rebels to coordinating with allies like Hera Syndulla and Sabine Wren during her search for Grand Admiral Thrawn—Ahsoka Tano relies on holographic transmissions to stay connected across star systems. This representation highlights the essential role that HoloNet transmissions play in maintaining resistance networks across vast interstellar distances.
Design
The design of the Holocomm Collection Ahsoka Tano centers on a translucent blue deco engineered to simulate active holographic light projection. Molded in translucent blue plastic, the figure recreates the outfit and details from her live-action series in a light-blue monochromatic palette. She holds her signature dual lightsabers, which feature a matching holographic translucent finish. The figure mounts on an illuminated display puck (holopuck base) that shines light upward from beneath, and comes accompanied by a collectible physical bounty chip printed with Aurebesh lettering.
